Medford Youth Soccer Club is a grassroots developmental soccer club. Our #1 focus is the growth of our young soccer players, on and off the field. This ties into Coach John's coaching philosophy of his 3 C's: Consistency, Comfortability and — most importantly — Confidence!

Whether it's player development for our field players, goalkeepers, or even our coaching development with our "themed" seasons and reflection discussions — we are all here to grow, develop and have fun around the beautiful the game we all love.
